Osprey Lake

Project Description

Acquisition:

• Osprey Lake was sourced by our LDI A&D team.
• This lakefront community was already developed prior to acquisition with infrastructure in place. LDI sought to bring the paused development back to life and revitalize the remaining lot inventory. LDI had a vision of coastal-style homes that would be in a desirable price point, while blending in with the existing homes in the community.
• This project was funded with a mix of private equity and institutional debt in the form of an acquisition loan.

Vertical Construction:

• Logan Homes began right away within the community by building a dozen spec homes and model homes. This community features one and two story homes with wide open spaces, with a wide range of size, ensuring a community that appeals to many buyers, from growing families and empty-nesters seeking to downsize.
• Our team began refreshing the entrance sign and gate at the start of the development and built the amenity, gazebo and gathering area with fire pit.

Sales and Marketing:

• Through a dynamic sales process led by the builder team, Logan Homes saw great success in the sales and marketing of their homes. The prime location being nestled between Savannah, GA and Bluffton, SC combined with the style of homes and attractive price point ensured this community’s success.

Disposition of Asset:

• All single family homes were purchased direct by consumer who now enjoy all that the Osprey Lake lifestyle has to offer.
